5. The fundamentals of a deal and how to protect your interests as a founder

• Round table discussion- Share current struggles as founder at table then regroup and share to all (30 mins)

• Lunch Break and networking (45 mins)

• Introduction to Big Tree investor scorecard and how investors use as a tool to assess companies (30 mins)

• Breakouts with peer founders to utilize the investor scorecard to assess each other and discuss ratings (1 hr)

• Presentation to full group of table breakout winners (30 mins)
