We are a boutique investment group with a hands-on approach to identifying quality companies, mentoring founders and de-risking investments. It is said, that you should invest on what you know. Our Big Tree Innovation Fund co-founders each have over 35 years of expertise in the healthcare space and have worked in a variety of roles and companies from start up to large scale businesses and know what it takes to position, market and succeed in healthcare.

Our objective is to raise between $150K to $2MM in seed to series A capital for each funding round. We seek minority or lead investments depending on the size of the round. We partner with VCs, family offices, venture banks, angel groups, corporate ventures to ensure that the round is closed and a company adequately capitalized. We are looking for companies that have a clear path to penetrate markets and will lead to significant step-ups in valuation. Our target is a 5 to 10x return within 3 to 5 years.
