The Process:

1. Complete the application after hitting the button below

2. Process the Funding Application & Investor Portal Placement Fee of $275

3. Results of the investor grade scorecard report will be provided by email approximately 4 weeks upon submission.

4. If your scoring falls within The Big Tree investment criteria for fit within our portfolio, we will schedule a deep dive call with you and your team after you receive the email of your scorecard evaluation report. Upon results of the deep dive call, Big Tree will determine any additional next steps for due diligence and potential funding as part of the Big Tree portfolio.

5. The evaluation scorecard, pitch deck and company overview will be placed in the Big Tree Investor Portal within 45 days after providing the scorecard report by email.

6. Placement in the Big Tree Investor Portal will be for 12 months regardless if a fit for Big Tree. Any submitted progress updates will be made 2 times per year (target June and December) and shared with our curated investor network.

7. Optional annual Big Tree Investor Portal placement renewal after year one is $75.
