  • Round table discussion- Share current struggles, fears as founder at table then share to class (30 mins)

  • Playbook Chapter 1: Market & Customer (45 mins)

    • Define segmentation, personas, and ROI frameworks

    • Exercise: Translate clinical/technical → market/customer value

    • Share examples with class

  • Playbook Chapter 2 & 3: Sales/Partnerships + Marketing/Branding (45 mins)

    • Sales channels, funnel conversion, partnerships

    • Messaging, positioning, credibility

    • Exercise: Draft a sales channel + messaging map for your product.
